I welcome your correspondence and feedback, but please be aware that Authentic Expressions has only ONE employee. I am the customer service, secretary, shipper, pen-crafter and web-designer! :) If you need to contact me with any questions or comments at any time, you may do so by referring to the contact information given below. I generally respond to all inquiries within the day and if out of the office, I am most likely in my shop crafting a fine pen, but I will reply no later than 24 hours. Email is my preferred method of contact and will be responded to most promptly.

If you do not hear from me via email within 48 hours or more, the delay is likely due to an internet outage, in which case you may contact me by phone and leave a message. I will get back to you asap!

Also, due to the overwhelming amount of telemarketing and survey calls, I purposely let all messages go to the answering machine, but if you will say your name and reason for the call, I will pick up to talk with you, if I am in the office to take the call.
