If you find that you are not 100% satisfied with your order, simply notify me of your intentions by email and return the product in it's original, undamaged condition within 7 days of receipt and I will refund your money (less shipping charges).

All of my custom made writing instruments and gift items are guaranteed for 1 year from the purchase date shown on your invoice. During this warranty period, I will repair or replace your pen (at my discretion) for any failure in mechanism or workmanship due to normal* use. Excluded from this warranty is any wear or abrasion showing on writing instruments of the less durable platings. Shipping charges for returning the item to me will be the responsibility of the customer. *Please note: Writing instruments are not intended to be dropped or mis-used as darts or screwdrivers!

Also excluded from this warranty are parts that are exhausted during normal use and wear (i.e. ink cartridges, leads, erasers, metal plating), or items that have been misused, abused or altered. Also excluded are direct or consequential damages to persons, property or materials, for which you agree to indemnify and hold Authentic Expressions, and (as applicable) our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand. Your purchase of any of our products constitutes your agreement to these terms.
