Q: What currency are your prices listed in?
A:  All our prices are listed in USD$ - however the charges on your credit card will reflect the daily current exchange rate and be converted into your own currency.

Q: What payment methods may I use to purchase from your site?
A:  We accept the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, E-Check (Debit), PAYPAL, iKobo, Bank Account Debit, and Interac Email Money Transfer (Canadian Customers).



Q: When will my order be shipped?
A:  Most in-stock items ship on the next business day from the time order was placed. All Custom pen orders will now be delivered 4 weeks from the order date. Please allow sufficient time for shipping (min. 2 weeks) when considering a gift for a special occasion and date. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will email you at once notifying you of any upcoming delays.

Q: How will my order be shipped?
A:  We ship all items by Canada Post Airmail. The general delivery time for airmail packages to the United States ranges from 4 to 10 business days, and to most International destinations from 4 to 12 business days.

Many countries impose their own duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. The buyer understands that he/she is responsible for any of these additional costs.
