Shipping & Delivery Times

All merchandise custom crafted by Authentic Expressions will ship 2-3 weeks from the order date. Please plan your gift giving dates well in advance. Our carrier of choice is Canada Post and general delivery standards range from 5 to 10 business days.

Merchandise crafted by Barbara Symons will ship within 2-3 days and generally arrives within 3 to 6 business days, within the United States and 6 to 12 days for Canada and elsewhere. Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS.
